What is account holder billing?

You can link dependents (children, spouses, etc.) to an account holder. When you send invoices, statements, or payment reminders, they are automatically routed to the account holder's email instead of the dependent's.

Is my patient data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each practice's data is completely isolated with multi-tenant security. We comply with POPIA requirements for handling patient information.

Do I need a PayFast account?

Yes, you'll need a PayFast Business account to receive payments. You can sign up at payfast.co.za. Once registered, just enter your Merchant ID and Key in Settings.
